The Change Agent Academy
The academy is designed to assist transformational agents to properly articulate their burdens for change, equip them to package and launch change projects that will achieve the most effective, and transformational impact on our societies. CAA seeks to attract both current and future leaders who are passionate about transformation and are prepared to pay the price to make the 21st Century an African success story. Our vision is to serve as a catalyst for change agents, and Our mission is to identify, recruit, equip and deploy change agents in the society.

The Young Professionals Training & Mentorship Program
The Young Professionals Training and Mentorship Programme is designed to equip young people who want to succeed in Nigerian workforce, with the right set of values and principles. Given the immense pressure to succeed at all costs, the Nigerian marketplace is a challenging environment for those who want to live right and succeed without compromising their reputation or values. It teaches these young entrants how to plan their lives such that they are able to identify and maximise their gifts, talents, skills and opportunities. It helps provide clarity for their career path through crafting out mission and vision statements that are built on ethical principles and values.
The Goal
The goal of this Programme is to prepare the Participants for a successful career in the Nigerian marketplace by helping them discover and apply the laws of uprightness that govern every area of human endeavour. As a part of the Participant’s life journey, the Programme helps contribute to building their personal moral compass based on the right values. It gives room for the Participants to choose the following as their principles and commit practicing them in the marketplace come what may:- Integrity, Honesty, Moral Courage and Excellence amongst others.
Objectives of the Program
The training programme seeks to achieve the following:
- Provide young entrants in corporate Nigeria with an understanding of the purpose of life on earth and how to make the most of their careers.
- Ensure they discover and apply the godly principles at work and to make the life-long commitment to personal integrity.
- Create a community of people who will encourage and support each other as their careers progress.
- Attract and engage potential change agents who can accept the responsibility of building a ‘new’ Nigeria and leaving a lasting impact.
Impact
The YPTMP aims to prepare and equip the Participants for a successful career by inculcating or strengthening existing ethical values in them while building enduring relationships that will be relevant throughout their careers. Since 2011, it has impacted the lives of nearly 200 young persons and we strive to measure the impact we are having in the lives of the Participants as well as the organisations they work with, their colleagues, mentors etc.
