The Change Agent Academy
The academy is designed to assist transformational agents to properly articulate their burdens for change, equip them to package and launch change projects that will achieve the most effective, and transformational impact on our societies. CAA seeks to attract both current and future leaders who are passionate about transformation and are prepared to pay the price to make the 21st Century an African success story.
Objectives of the Academy
At the end of this course fellows should be able to:
- Deepen their faith in God and walk with God in the marketplace.
- Grasp a deeper understanding of nation building.
- Define the change agent and their role in nation building.
- Identify and properly articulate their personal and organisational burdens.
- Understand the role of spiritual warfare in the marketplace.
- Be equipped with the right mind-set to launch social projects as vehicles for societal transformation.
- Launch vehicles that transform society
- Have a clear vision, defined KPIs and a clear minded of tracking impact/performance

Purpose of the Academy
- Help participants understand the concept of nations
- Help participants understand the process of nation building and their individual place in the grand scheme
- Help participants understand the role of values in the rise and fall of nations
Academic Model
The academy is organised into various groupings to provide it’s own core and specialty themed courses.
The specialty courses will be geared towards the focus of each school, which in turn will be specific to seven spheres of the society namely:
- Family
- Religion/Church
- Education
- Government
- Media
- Celebration (Arts, entertainment and sports)
- Economics (Business, Science, and Technology)
Duration
The program is scheduled to take place over 12 weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
Saturday: 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm (GMT+1)
Sunday: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm (GMT+1)

The Change Agent Academy (CAA) is dedicated to nurturing and empowering transformational leaders who are committed to driving positive change in society.

Graduation will be held during the next AiMP series following the conclusion of the training.
