The Change Agent Academy

The academy is designed to assist transformational agents to properly articulate their burdens for change, equip them to package and launch change projects that will achieve the most effective, and transformational impact on our societies. CAA seeks to attract both current and future leaders who are passionate about transformation and are prepared to pay the price to make the 21st Century an African success story.

Purpose of the Academy

Academic Model

The academy is organised into various groupings to provide it’s own core and specialty themed courses.
The specialty courses will be geared towards the focus of each school, which in turn will be specific to seven spheres of the society namely:

Duration

The program is scheduled to take place over 12 weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Saturday: 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm (GMT+1)

Sunday: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm (GMT+1)

Requirements for Change Agent Academy

The Change Agent Academy (CAA) is dedicated to nurturing and empowering transformational leaders who are committed to driving positive change in society.
To ensure the effectiveness of the academy and the dedication of its participants, the following requirements have been established:

Passion for Transformation

Prospective participants must demonstrate a genuine passion for driving positive change in society and a strong commitment to making a difference in their communities.

Leadership Potential

Prospective participants must demonstrate a genuine passion for driving positive change in society and a strong commitment to making a difference in their communities.

Age Requirement

Participants must be above 35 years old.

Alignment with Vision and Mission

Prospective participants should align with the vision and mission of the academy, which is to serve as a catalyst for change and to identify, recruit, equip, and deploy change agents in society.

Openness to Spiritual Growth

Participants should be open to deepening their faith and spiritual walk, as spiritual development is an integral part of the academy’s curriculum.

Desire for Impact

Individuals who are driven by a desire to create meaningful and lasting impact in their respective spheres of influence are encouraged to apply.

Ability to Articulate Burdens for Change

Prospective participants should be able to articulate their personal and organizational burdens for change, as well as their vision for societal transformation.

Commitment to Nation Building

Participants must be committed to understanding the concept of nation-building and their role in contributing to the development and transformation of their nation.

Commitment to Learning

Participants must be willing to engage fully in the academy’s curriculum and activities, including attending classes, workshops, and group discussions.

Graduation

Graduation will be held during the next AiMP series following the conclusion of the training.

By meeting these requirements, participants will not only benefit from the academy’s curriculum and resources but also contribute to the advancement of positive change and nation-building efforts across various sectors of society.
